Profiler M's powerful Windows-based CureControl software allows the user to download data from the device, view charts and analyze four-band UV profile data. The user is required to enter only the belt speed to generate intensity versus distance plots (up to 16000 data points) of the curing environment. Each band is displayed individually and can be overlaid onto earlier profiles stored in the computer for easy graphical comparison. The statistical portion of the program tabulates minimum, maximum, range, mean, and standard deviation, and there is a convenient notes section to record comments about measurement conditions and other factors. All data files are automatically date and time stamped.
